Swimming Technique Clinics in Ontario
Choose a clinic around the skill your swimmer wants to improve. PRO SWIM clinics bring swimmers together for focused technical work with clear demonstrations, practice and coaching feedback.
Find available trainingChoose a technical focus
Clinic themes can include freestyle and backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly, starts, turns, breakouts and race preparation. The published card describes that clinic’s focus. Check the experience requirements as well as the title so the session is appropriate for your swimmer.
Know the plan before you arrive
Each clinic has its own date, pool, coaches, duration and capacity. Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre is one of our training venues. Other Ontario venues appear when sessions are published. Use Training Finder for current availability rather than relying on an older social media post or poster.
Book through your family account
Open the clinic card, choose your swimmer and review the price before confirming. If you are bringing another swimmer, add them in the booking flow. Any eligible pricing adjustment is shown before payment. Booking and payment status remain visible in your account; selecting a manual payment method is not itself a completed payment.
Before you book
Is a clinic the same as a private lesson?
A clinic is group training around a published theme. Private coaching is tailored to an individual or a permitted small private group. Choose based on the swimmer’s goal and the session requirements.
What equipment should a swimmer bring?
Bring goggles, a cap and usual swim gear. Check the particular clinic instructions for fins, paddles, a pull buoy, kickboard or other equipment.
Your next step
Read the session details, choose your swimmers and review the current price before confirming. Your account brings bookings, payment records and upcoming training together.
