Pavlo Illichov is an Olympic swimmer, experienced age-group coach and the founder of PRO SWIM. He represented Ukraine at the Athens 2004 Olympic Games and later brought that high-performance perspective into coaching. From September 2022, Pavlo spent three seasons as a full-time Age Group Coach with Guelph Marlin Aquatic Club, designing programs, leading practices and helping swimmers across developmental, age-group, senior and Masters environments. At PRO SWIM, he combines technical detail, video feedback and race experience to give every swimmer a clear next step.
