Start mechanics (reaction, entry angle, flight control)
Underwater dolphin efficiency (timing & amplitude)
Push-offs & streamline at race speed

TPASC Short Course
Day Objective:
Win races through walls, not just free swimming speed.
Rotational power for fast turns
Eccentric strength for wall control
Fast feet & coordination
Injury-prevention strength work
Turns under fatigue
Wall-to-wall speed execution
Stroke rate vs distance per stroke control
Broken race sets (25s, 50s, turn-focused work)
